the infusion cooking method? It looks like an electric smooth top cooking surface, but it is very different. You can boil a pot of water in 90 seconds, and when you remove the pot, the burner is cool. You could cook a complete meal in matter of minutes, and it wouldn't heat up the kitchen. I imagine they are quite expensive, but also very convernient. I also saw a large screen TV that looks like a mirror when turned off. You wouldn't have to worry about anyone stealing it, because no one would know it was a TV. Very attractive. What new technonogies catch your attention?
