Good day to you. From the time I graduated from college, my parents told me to start working. Wherein, they somehow forced me to get a job and be employed. Days goes by, I was able to make it. I was employed on a job. And now, I am working for more than 16 years doing a desk job work. As the days goes by, I feel so exhausted. Though, I know I should not feel too exhausted since I am still young. How about you, do you also feel the same? Do you also feel exhausted of doing a desk job work?

i been working for three years. and when there are times that i feel exhausted from my work, i take few minutes away from my pc, table and just walk around the office or outside the office to breathe in fresh air. there are also times that i bring some toy or flower or anything from my home at my desk to make my desk feel homey. it makes my mind at ease, makes me more focus to my work.

Hi airasheila, Yes, sitting at a desk all day is tiring. It is a whole different kind of tired than going out and physically working but it is tiring. I used to work in an office and I loved it. I have also done carpenter labor work and to be honest, I think I liked the physical tired better than the tired you get from sitting all day. Now I work at a job where I am on my feet the entire shift dealing with people. I think any job you do you are going to go home feeling tired.

Not at all. I find desk jobs to be best for me, because of certain physical challenges, that don't allow me to be overly active. I like being able to stay in one place, and work infront of a computer all day. It's nice to know that people actually pay me to do such things.

I'm doing exercises (working out in my room) last two consecutive years, this was my daily routine. I am so relaxed all the long in my office works, though a lot of stuffs I need to finish due to deadlines. I really believe that it helped me being active yet so vigorous to do work. Nowadays, I stop working out/exercises... though I'm eating good and full of nutrition foods I do really still feel weak especially at the last hour in the office, I feel like fatigued. I'm planning again to go back doing my habit to refresh my muscles and stay fit and healthy and one thing more is to avoid a lot of eating fatty foods... I think I would normalize working toughly and eradicate like being bushed in my desk job.
