wuzz up to the fans of sarah and charice out there..i am just wondering who is better..whether sarah or charice... charice is already an international singer..having projects outside the country, and famous to other countries... but every time she come back here in her own country, i dont think all filipinos could appreciate her.. i saw it on ASAP that others didn't clap after she performed.
Well lets talk about sarah geronimo, shes an actress and a singer of course.. she has many projects here in her own land.. and had concerts to other countries too.. she also has a great voice, then why those people in other country like oprah cant recognize her talent...but i can see when she is performing, especially on ASAP like what i have watched last time, she had a number joined by charice pempengco... many out there appreciated sarah than charice.. hmmm.. i really cant explain why.. for you, who do you think is better?sarah or charice?

I like them both.
They do have different styles of singing, dressing, etc.
They cannot be compared. They are both great singers.

how do you see them as a person..? what i mean is their attitude despite of their success.. do you see humility to both of these singers?

Charice and Sarah is both singer in our country, they also have versatile talent but they were individuals with different "X-factor". Charice was much appreciated by the foreigner because she amazed them for having a great voice in a small body while Sarah admired by Filipino because of her humbleness, simplicity and being a talented actress.
Between the two, I will choose Sarah. For me, as an entertainer she is a complete package. You can put her in acting, singing, dancing, commercial and hosting she can carry it very natural. Charice need lots of improvement and experimentation on herself as an entertainer.

Charice has an outstanding vocals.. and it would really blow you away! But why was it that she didn't win that local contest in ABS? Simply because they wanted to win Somebody who looks better than her.. That should be a good-looks contest rather than voice.. so unfair! It so poor that most judges here always see the money not the potentials. Sarah on the other hand Is also a great singer and a have worked longer than Charice here in the Philippines, That is why Sarah is more loved here. Because Charice spends more time recording and performing Internationally, I do think that most Filipinos would appreciate someone with better looks when it comes to singers, Which i think we shouldn't be. Just like Lani and Regine, Although Lani misalucha has a lot of fans. Regine is more appreciated by many. ANd LAni became more famous in Vegas and well appreciated and applauded there. SO I guess I'm a fan of both Sarah and Charice.

Well one thing I can be for sure is the face value that Sarah has vs. Charice. Sarah has a face of simplicity and can be matched easily with other artist out there. I think Charice on the other hand is pretty much ordinary in terms of Face Value in here. She belongs to the common faces in here and here in the Philippines you must have a face to be truly recognized.
But in fairness with Charice, she really has a good voice and could even be better than Sarah but being a senior and a former host in a competition she competed she should somehow bow down on her.

Hi, 4me, I like Sarah because I learned from the movies before hearing her songs.
So, Sarah was better for me in Filipino Immersion.
I agree with other comments that to compare or rank is not always necessary ;)
