My father is suffering from gout arthritis ( and high-blood pressure), he is suffering every now and then with pain from different parts of his body. Sometimes he even cannot manage to walk normally. He have several medicines as his maintain.I Always hear complaints from him about the foods we prepare for him. Since gout arthritis does not allow him to take foods high in acids, we cannot give him some meaty and delicious foods. There's a limited food for him for us to prepare. I want my fathers health to be regain again. I wanted to give him nutritional a diet. What would be the best natural food(fruits or vegetables) for him? something that will take away his arthritis, high-blood pressure, something that i will going to extract the juice trough a blender, so that my father can take it daily? please help!!!

hi! may i ask what type of food your father usually have? gouty arthritis is common for those with high uric acid in their system. people who often eat meats, seafood, animal internal organs, nuts and beans are often at risk to have gouty arthritis. does your father often eat any of those? with moderate to low intake of protein-rich foods, it can help him cope up with gouty arthritis plus a healthy amount of water intake daily. banaba and sambong leaves taken in tea are both highly diuretic. they would help flush out the toxins caused by uric acid. i can recommend an herbal tea to you which i think will be available in your area. please send a pm if you are interested. tc

he does still need to flush out the toxins otherwise, the pain won't go away. just look for herbal teas with banaba and sambong. are you based in davao? i think there's a classique store near ponciano. try to get longevi-tea. it contains 9 herbal extracts including banaba, sambong and agaricus among others. after drinking tea, follow it up with water. it works better that way. hope your dad gets well.

Sir thank you for the elaborate information. I would be more than happy if you answer my questions. My father also has podagra in his toe, right now, he is in pain. It is terrible to see how my dad fells that pain every second. Please list the medications (instructions how to use) that can treat this disease permanently. Is there any doctor that you advise who can help my father. thank you very much in advance. Sincerely, Rufat.

As far as i know, carrot is natural vegetable/fruit which can used to cure gout, because it is rich in viatamin and spcial enzyme which can prevent lithat from riming and blance uric acid.you can use it to extract juice. also cherry is also good for the gout patient.also you should suggest your dad to take much water as more as he can, because it can help to release uric acid through urine. wish your father to be better soon.
