Bigger Breasts??

Im 16 years old ,im a 36c and i dont know when my breasts stop growing or anything but i sure want them to grow more before its too late. Ive recently heard that sleeping without a bra makes them grow , is that true? is their anything NATURAL i can do to speed up the process to one or 2 more cup sizes like foods to eat or anything non surgical? and when do my breasts stop growing ?

I have the same size as you i know how you fill i was 15 at 36c it was annoying to talk to a boy with out him trying to look there.

It is entirely runs on your genes, many products don't work at all, sleeping without bra at night is beneficial to your health but not with size.

Having kids will make them grow a lot larger.. but after you stop nursing they'll shrink and shrivel and hang to your belly button... oh the joys of being a woman. Perhaps you should just look on the bright side and consider yourself lucky you are a c cup and not an a or b.
