Are you adventurous when it comes to food or tend to stick to what you know, things you had as a child. I stick to what i know but cook all sorts for my husband who will eat anything. My problem is i eat with my eyes, if don't like the look of something then i automatically don't like it even though i have not tried it. What are you like?

Hi Jenny. This may sound daft, but a bit of both. I have what, if I were a chef, would be considered as signature dishes- mostly Chinese, and things like terrines for Christmas. But I also like to experiment. At the moment I am working my way through the ancient Egyptian dishes in the British Museum cook book.
