better than limewire?

see although there motive is just same to share files there is some difference between the way both bitorrent and limewire funcions, see bitorrent use tracker like piratebay.org to find seeds and peears and let you directly get connected to their IP adress to share with you while limewire is based on Gnutella where you search for a file in its limewire browser and the request is send to a particular nearst limewire user in network to see if he/she has the requested file if if dont have then he sends the request to other user and son on , thats why limewire is slow at some time and you will get caught wit viruses as the other sender may be sending back reply as virus to you, use bitorresnt it is faster to download if they have lot of seeds and if the file is presented inlimited amount then in lime wire it may take years to download, while in bitorrent you have to seek only for the tracker

well the best to find any software and such is torrents but i find that programs like limewire is easier to use.

well till now I don't find any issue with Limewire, it's true that Limewire is slow as compared to torrent in downloading files.. try out with Pro version.. I guess you must be using it..

Peer to peer sharing, the best so far are torrent base client like bitcomet and uttorent..just make sure to select files that have higher seeders..

My kids introduced me to 'frostwire', and we have had pretty good luck with it, I like it and haven't had any problems with it, and it is free !

You might want to try out www.thepiratebay.org we used to use limewire and some of that stuff had viruses. fortunately our anti virus software caught it.

I used to use a program called frostwire. It's basically the same thing as limewire but apparently it can't give you viruses as easily as limewire can. I don't use any program right now to download my music though. I use the website http://hotnewhiphop.com to download all my music now. It works well and its very organized. I just don't want to risk getting a virus on my new computer because limewire ruined my old one.
