If Paypal is not available in your country you can't get paid by Mylot?

Ok so I thought that if Paypal is not available for your country you can still get paid by cheque but today I read that if Pypal not available you can't get paid.Is that true?

Since MyLot only use PayPal, if PayPal is not available in your country, there is no way that you can be paid until such time as the rules are changed.
