Are you good at saving and sticking to your budget?

I think I am good at saving but I am not good at sticking to my budget especially when it comes to the budget about food. It always happen that we spend more than our budget. What do you do to be able to stick to your budget? Are you also a good saver?

as of now, what i am going to save, because, I am just relying for online internet jobs, but Luckily, I did not do well getting a much regular online job...

I always think that saving pennies also counts. My husband and I have our own piggy bank and it has been there since we got married but we never opened it yet. We thought that there will come a time when we would need it. I am good at saving pennies but not at saving huge amount of money.

I am also a big spender and I definitely could not stick with my budget. I try to save as much money as I can each month and I promised myself that I would save at least P5, 000 each month but I could not really do it. I can't help myself! I just love shopping so much that I cannot resist buying things that I like and what I don't really like whenever I go to the mall. I just spend and spend and spend. My mom said that I spend too much money on ridiculous things.

I don't think that I am good with sticking to my budget. I always have a budget plotted out in my excel but then when my salary comes, I do get to pay my obligations, but what I do with the remaining money, I am no longer able to monitor. There are times when I wonder how I will make it until the next pay day since I have already used up all the money to pay my expenses and for my daily needs. I don't think I do well in saving either, I always end up having to get from my savings because I have to survive until the next pay day

I am not a good saver, but I am trying to.It is really hard to be the manager and accountant at home. It requires a lot of patience and intelligence. I'm going to be good sooner.:)

I am okay, but there is always room for improvement when it comes to this, so I am constantly trying to get better!

That's the plan for me too, get myself better and try to master myself when it comes to overcoming the temptations what lies ahead of the grocery store and the weaknesses that I need to over come especially when it comes to the need of spending again and again.

Hi,
We have the same problem, but for me the problem is for both saving and not sticking to the budget. To avoid over budget, I usually bring an exact amount. For saving, thats tough for me... i cant really save money.. I don't know...
If someone could suggest, that would be very much appreciated...
