I just wonder would a politician writes blog too on the internet? Would the national security strongly against it? Or they might hijack that blog site and limit that particular politician to post his/her blog? Because a personal blog from a politician might be a bad publicity if his/her personal expression is not appropriate according their standard. I guess it must really sucks to be a public figure sometimes, you don't have the life you want it to be.

Polititians wouldnt reveal things that are bad for their party/reing. You dont bite the hand that give you the food. lol. By the way, I agree with you, it really sucks to be a public figure. Look at the olympic champion who get in lot of trouble just to smoking pot. Michael Pelphs. I think it spell that way.

Lots of politicians write on the internet, there's nothing wrong with that. IF they know something that shouldn't be made public (and most of them don't, anyway), they're smart enough (at least I hope they are) to not publish it. If they would, they'd be found and the content would be taken down. Anyone in public sometimes has to be careful about how much they reveal about their personal lives and views.
