None! First of all taking any sort of pills while nursing your baby could be harmful unless a doctor tells you it's okay. Second of all, it's a bit too soon to worry about losing weight after having your baby. Chances are that weight will come off on it's own while you're nursing and caring for your baby.. mine did after my first child even though it took about 6 months. Diet pills don't work. They won't help you lose weight. Even if you manage to lose weight while on them, you'll gain it all back after you stop taking them. The best way to lose weight is to get plenty of exercise. Since you're currently nursing your baby you should not be worrying about what you eat.. as long as what you're eating is healthy. You should not try to lower your calories otherwise you may harm your baby's health.. but adding a bit of exercise will not hurt and it will help your own health. Put your baby in a stroller and go for a walk.. it will be good for both of you!

You may try taking Spirulina. It is natural, no side-effects, alternative to Xenecal and other synthetic diet pills. Spirulina are green algae, and considered by some scientists as one of the world's most complete food. So, if you find a Spirulina tablet, it is a "complete nutrition in one table". How can it help you lose excess weight? Spirulina contains Phenylalanine, an amino acid that is known for its "appetite suppressant" property. It will help you suppress your appetite, while at the same time, not starving your body of nutrients it needs, because as I have already said, Spirulina is a complete nutrition in one table.

Try Alli diet pills and health plan.Alli works by inhibiting some of the body’s absorption of dietary fat. Taken at meal times, it works by blocking the absorption of about 25% of fat in the foods you eat. Because of the way it works, Alli must be used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie, low-fat diet containing about 15 grams of fat per meal. Eating a meal with too much fat while taking Alli can result in bowel changes, such as loose stools, more frequent stools that may be hard to control, or gas with oily spotting. These changes, called treatment effects, may occur in the first weeks of treatment, are not harmful and can generally be managed by following a reduced-calorie, low-fat diet that does not exceed 15 grams of fat per meal. It is the only FDA approved over the counter diet pills in the USA. Good Luck :~)

After giving birth, I was really thinking of how I could lose weight. I checked my weight before I started going to the gym and it surprised me because now I am 122 lbs. heavy, and I was just 100 lbs. before I got pregnant. I do not use diet pills. Maybe you should try slimming teas, but first you've got to consult your doctor about it. I go to the gym twice or thrice a week and right now I attend hiphop and taebo sessions, my husband also registered us on a coming marathon. I am so excited about it. You might want to try going to the gym, it's more healthy than using teas or pills. :)
