Pissed off at Mc D's

Lately I have been noticing that Mcdonalds; at night doesnt get a damn about their customers, at 3 different Mc D's I got crappy service. last night I ordered a cheeseburger and it was no damn cheese on it. I wouldnt say anything if this happen once maybe twice; but im up to 3 times. Before that day I order something, but all I know is I got Meat, bread, sliced pickel (one) and some ketchup. now I paid more money than I got food. I do feel I will not be going back to those place after 11:00pm or at all, they could have stated they put up the food already, and there claiming "24 hour service" so there really is no excuse for their lazyness. Those Mc D's are located on:
1. Slauson and goldleaf Ct right by the Home Depot. You want bad service and to be ripped off go there
2. Crenshaw blvd and Florence Ave, at night 24 hour service. They will screw you over with a smile

Nice review of McDonald's, personally I don't eat McDonald's but thanks I will be avoiding these spots. LOL
Sorry you have had such bad experiences have you reported any of this, you know you can go to the corporate website and report such instances, which they will by the way give you a nice certificate as I am sure they do value their customers.

You know what? Im going to try that! Mc D's is a much big enough corporation to give me a couple of free burgers and fries.

Absolutely use the right words on how you have been a long time time customer and you can certainly take your business elsewhere, however you value their product therefore, you are upset enough to let them know about their bad customer service. Ha you will see it will be to your benefit as well as wake up some employees over there.

Not going to Mickey D's after 11:00 pm, I've not noticed their lack of caring that late; however, I have noticed that they don't give a dayum before 11:00 pm any more than you say they do after 11:00 pm!!! I had just started going back to McDonald's after over 10 years of not going. Now I remember why I stopped eating there. I NEVER leave the drive-thru without CHECKING my bag to be sure it is correct. 9 times out of 10 my order is WRONG!!! I've gotten tired of going through the drive-thru twice, so I've STOPPED eating there again. We have a Wendy's here & their drive-thru is open until 1:00 am & our Burger King's drive-thru is open until midnight. So, now Mickey D's loses out!!! BOTH Wendy's & BK get my order RIGHT 10 out of 10 times NO matter what time I get there!!!

Now that service! but, I mean they do get my orders right in the day light, but at night it just seems...and I say this cause I know how it is at night work in the food industry, their just getting lazy, or Mc D's don't stock the kitchen well, for the night shift. both pretty bad.

I am sorry about your bad customer service here at McDonald's! I know that many workers are very lazy when it comes to fixing food at night. They are tired and they want to go home. This will make them very lazy and that is why they fix crappy sandwiches too. It is not right that they don't do a poor job. Complaining may help them to get better at what they are doing though.
If this restaurant is opened 24 hours then they should stay opened without rushing as soon as it becomes third shift.

That would really getting into your nerves, our mc d here doing really good. I like their service here. Maybe because we dont have 24 hrs service mcd unlike in your place.

thanks for the heads up, people in your city or state would appreciate that you gave the street address. lol
But any how, I always check my food before I leave the window!
So if their is a problem, you can throw it back in the window and ask them to fix it.
Or if you don't do that, and happen to drive all the way home w/ a messed up order. I would suggest that you call and complain. That way you can get a free meal later, or the next day. I've had experiences like that also.
Once at pizza hut, I brought home pizza but that was as hard as a rock. I made them fix it and give me a bigger size. I mean I couldn't even bit into the pizza lol. it was that hard.
but stuff like this happens all the time. and your right the night crew don't even care.

Thanks for the post :D. Yes yes, I need to start check my order before I leave, but we all know what happens to a burger and fries when they get cold, there just like that pizza you spoke of. Plus i'm sometimes pretty far off from my house. I Usually go to Mc D's at night, late night; so I try to get in and get out. I'm going to so try and get in touch with a manger, because their are people out there that would love to be doing that job and would do it correctly, and not slack off because it's late.
. But really you shouldnt go there again, and you should tell this story to your friends. Cheers and happy myLotting !

Well I'm a McD fan and I frequently go there to ate breakfast and midnight snack. I never experienced that kind'a thing but if that happens to me it would really pissed me off?,.
I work in graveyard so I frequently visit 24hrs-McD to ate dinner.

I think that it just depends on the type of people they hired in order to how you get treated or how good of service you can get. the one around here has been off a lot lately. They are giving worse service then what I thought was not possible! They are always messing up my burger and the funny thing is I go there so often they shouldn't be messing up my order. how hard is it to make a Hot and spicy off the dollar menu? Plain add cheese. That means I want nothing but cheese on it for all you McDonald's employees out there!

I know exactly how you feel. It seems that whenever I go through the drive through, ti doesn't even matter at all what time of day it is, they always mess SOMETHING up. Always. Without fail. Just about every time it's my drink. I always order a sweet tea and every time we go through the drive through they give me UNSWEET. I won't drink unsweet. And now that I'm pregnant I get really, really cranky when I get the wrong tea especially since I never know it until I get home, which is a 30 minute drive.
