About 35 days ago Amanda Bynes tweeted she was retiring from acting. Now she has ended her retirement. Few retirements have been so shore; not even Michael Jorden.

Which reminds me of a t-shirt I saw online yesterday: Twatter: nobody cares what you're doing

I find it funny, I didn't know that she "retired" until I heard that she was ending her retirement. I heard about it on the news, It is so crazy to me that this is considered news, like watching the news and hearing about Lindsey Lohan drives me nuts, it was on the news today that she is going to serve 13 days or something, how is that new worthy?! I could understand if it was E or some other entertainment news source but not the nightly new.

I don't think anyone actually believed her. I wonder if half of the people who heard she was unretiring even knew who she was. I actually like her. I first watched her on What I Like About You, and I've seen a couple of her movies. I think the best thing for her, would be to find another sitcom. She's a great comedic talent.

I think its because they never know what it feels like until they experience it...and then they realize that they're not ready for it yet. So they change their decision and goes back to whatever they were doing before. Its kinda hard to just leave something behind, something that you've been doing for a long time.

I always take retirement announcements with a grain of salt, especially when the person making them is young or still able to make tons of money in their careers. Just look at the tennis players who retired early and came back to the tour...Justine Henin, Kim Clijsters, Bjorn Borg, etc (he made several attempts). Sometimes people seem to like to hint at retiring just for drama's sake, like Angelina Jolie.
