As the question says. I would like to know your cooking tips. So let's share some with each other. Mine is that any recipe can be made healthier. I choose fat-free or low calorie versions of ingredients for my recipes. This greatly decreases the calories. While still maintaining the taste. So have a great day and Happy MyLotting!

banana bread - home baked banana chocolate chip bread.
Here are a few of my favorite baking tips. Use apple sauce or mashed banana instead of oil in most cakes to reduce fat. Applesauce most times does not change the flavor. Substitute coconut milk for oil in tropical baked goods for a better flavor and less fat. Try yogurt instead of sour cream in cakes.

These are some great cooking tips. I did not know about the coconut milk. I will be giving that a try. Just one question mashed banana. What do you use it in and does it change the taste?

I really like the foods with lots of vegetables and parsley, and i prefer meat with low fats like chicken chest, or fish, or i use pork, but only the white meat. To any food i cook i like to put as much vegetables i can, especially capsicum, because it gives an amazing taste. There are so many delicious vegetables, with such a great colors, it would be such a pity not to use all of them to a right recipe.
