i hate when chids gets sick

Hating is a strong word. I too feel bad when my daughter gets sick. She has been having a running nose and she finds it very hard to breathe at nights. But then, there is nothing I can do except give her medicines and take care of her. As mothers, we tend to fuss about them a lot. And dont worry. Your son will get well soon.

I also feel the same. When my kids are sick I feel so tired and helpless so I go to the doctor right away. When my second child get sick and cough for 1 week I feel so bad. The doctor says she had bronchitis so she had to be admitted in the hospital. I cried so much but I think it was better for her to be in the hospital at least the nurses could look after her.

Hi, I won't be able to sleep well,eat well when my son is sick. Everything is moody for me and not in the mood to do things. Everytime when my son falls sick, I will quickly let him eat medicine and monitor his condition,if by next 2 days shows no recovery sign,then I will bring him to see doctor for better medical advice. I have a home remedy for coughing , you may give it a try : double boiled orange in a cup(put some water into the cup to cover the orange),add bit of rock sugar and boiled it for 4-5 hours in medium heat. Drink the water while warm. It works! Give it a try and whose know it works for your son.

I feel the same way that you do. I hate it when my children are sick, especially when they are little and do not understand what is happening, because they think that Mommy and Daddy can magically make everything alright. It breaks my heart when I can't, especially when they look at me all innocent and pleading. All we can do is just try to reassure them that they will feel better eventually and do the very best we can to make them as comfortable as possible, and give them all the love and pampering that we can until they are feeling better and want to be up and running all over the place.

Feeling bad is what makes us good parents. You are doing the right things, keep your baby as comfortable as possible and you will see that it will pay off later in life. Hope he feels better, keep up the great work. Send him a hug from me.

i don't like it either when my songets sick. unfortunatly he gets the flew a lot. i didn't found out what is the main cause but i'm going to. anyway i think it's onlynaturel for us to feel this way, we are humans, and how could that be possible that if your child is sufering to indifferent.

No I do not feel like you. I care much when my kid is sick. I am much closer with him when he is sick otherwise he is far away from me. I don't want to be sick him always but it is once or twice in a year it is ok.
