Never too old to do something new

I've have had a blast the past 3 days. I have been a girl scout leader for the past year and the past 3 days was the annual camping trip. This is the first time ever I have been camping both are my girls are in the same troop and it was their first time too. I thought that was pretty cool. I was just a little nervous cause being my first time I didnt really know quit what to expect but I was more excited than anything my girls and I both had a blast along with the rest of the troop. The only major problem that happened was last night we had to move everyone into the storm shelter because tornado sirens went off there was reported some rotation but it never toucehd down it was a few scary momnets last night but with good team work from all the leaders we were worked together and had the situation under control and kept everyone safe. I thought it was very cool that both my girls and I got to experience something together for the first time and I know the memories from this trip will stay with us for a lifetime. I can't wait for next summer's trip now I will know what to expect. Have you had any first experiences lately?
