what to do

            What do you do when you have an employee that is a former "junkie" who was MIA for a week and then calls you to tell you he slipped up and fell of the wagon but is trying to reform now? do you keep them or let them go?

                    If this is the first offense and their job doesn't involve/endanger other people I would keep them.
