well its laxman this time performed superbly. even with some injury with his back injury he played superbly and scored 103 needed runs for india in a very needed time.

ya me too thought that we ahve to hope on raina adn sachin once again. but laxman played a superb innings and helped india to acheive a needed victory over srilanka.

It would great if they can win the match for India!! I would not hesitate in giving the man of the match to Mithun if he does that. But more seriously I think we need a Sachin special and the occasion is tailor made for him. This is probably the last test he will play in the emarald nation and if he can finish it off with a match winning knock then that would really be an icing in the cake. Cheers! Ram

now again the onus is on sachin. laxman and raina should support him. Two sessions enough to win this match. 1st hour of play going to important. if india manajes to play safely and not loses many wickets in morning session then India will with ease.

Hello, If a team needs to win a match, all the players should contribute.The team cannot depend only on 2 players.The top order of the Indian team have failed in the second innings.It is alright,because there are other batsmen who can perform well and lead India to the victory.The bowling of the Indian team was excellent that they restricted Srilanka to a modest target.The mistake of the Indian team was to dismiss Mendis earlier.If they had done that, the target would have been very easy for the Indian batsmen.The current pitch is favoring only for slow bowlers.The Indian batsmen have to play well to beat the spinners of the Srilankan team.
