ImCrew just extended their launching date! Now I am convinced that this is a scam site! Be cautioned! What action is best for sites like this? We need to teach these guys some lesson! Act Now!

They could also just be having some issues with there sites programming. I do website design and know that issues can come up so if they are beta testing then they could be resolving issues that are taking longer to fix than they thought. So just because a pre-launch being moved doesn't mean it is a scam site. I mean launch dates are pushed back on a bunch of things. Half-life 2 was pushed back like three times. And they are move around they launch dates. If you really want to know whats up email them and see whats going on they will maybe give you an answer.

I checked the site out they said that they will be out of prelaunch on august 12th. But it does look like a billboard site and those generally do turn out to be scam sites. Also the earnings look like they are to good to be true. Associated Content pays 1.50 per 1000 views of your articals they are going to pay you $5 for it. I want to know what CPM program they have.

Well, if you put it that way, I guess I could give them the benefit of the doubt. But without explanations as to why they are extending again, I doubt this is the case.

The original "launch date" was August 2, then it was transfered to Aug 5, now it was moved again to Aug 12! Something is really fishy about that site!

I am no longer excited to join sites which are in pre-launch. Why? Because of several reasons of which I shall list down three of them. 1) Several did not come up to the hype and/or expectations. 2) Several did not go off the ground. 3) Several changed the TOS after launch, making it difficult for people like me to receive any payment. IMCrew is not the first one to be involved in reviewing everything related to Internet Marketing. The team may have good intentions. Nevertheless as IMRC has shown, and similarly several other review sites too, there are many dishonest members writing fake reviews. This may be one aspect they are trying to deal with, to ensure that all reviews are genuine. On the other hand they could be casting the net to get as many personal info as possible, for purposes best known to them. As for me I will take a wait and see stance.

I thought it is scam from the first time I have heard of it. I never really joined it. As for ACTING now? I don't have any idea what we can do about it. First of all I am not a member and second, I don;t think anyone can do something about scam sites at all.

Hey there, great to have found this discussion. I myself signed up for it as well. Got a $10 bonus and was thrilled. But, there's just nothing for me to read down there. There's nothing in the control panel except your profile and keep asking you to refer people. I too, think it's most likely a scam. August 5 was the extended pre-launch. To date, they're still not launching the site. What's wrong man ?
