been on my chest for a long time. Many of us out here are holding things on our chest that we want to say to someone but because of fear of hurting them or causing a big argument we don't. I am one who keeps a lot of stuff to my chest because I never liked arguments and I don't like not getting along with people I love and care for. It says in the good book (Bible) that there is a time to speak and a time to be quiet but because of my feelings, I know that I have kept quiet on far too many occasions. Are you like me? Do you try your best not to hurt the next persons feelings or do you have the attitude of saying what you feel no matter who gets hurt? Please share your thoughts. Take care and God bless!

..I will say it out at a special time, but I really not understand what's you mean by the word you don't want to say .you mean you tell others your feeling to them?to say love?or just your thought about a affair or person?.. If it is a public place I say it less, rarely speak out something...if I have some word to tell a person,,like what I think she/he had done wrong I will tell she/he in the pravite places..and using a very very polite attitude and phrase, and tell him/her in advance like "Don't care much about the word I say if you think you are right"..or "Don't be angry if I say so" or "I will say it straightly"...and then speak out~ hmm I also afraid of hurt somebody but before saying the things may hurt them if you do more preparation to him/her then it will be ok I think

Hi. I try to tell whatever is there on mind to whom so ever it is concerned with in a positive and light way after giving it a second thought. I like keeping things simple...

I would never say anything to hurt someone else. I really don't like people that do...I think it's okay sometimes to think things...like if you don't like something of someone's....but even if they ask I usually don'tt say anything negative.

Sometimes keeping things in your chest can be good, because it gives us time to think again about the situation before telling someone what you have on your heart.

Yeah I am like that but not because of what the "Bible" says. ( I am an atheists..) But it is because I personally do not want to cause any problems but if someone keeps annoying me or hurting me I can not control myself and I just burst. That is what happens when you bottle in things way too much. So be careful. $-MrDollars-$

I am more like you. I don't often say to much of what I'm feeling because I try very hard not to hurt someone's feelings. I hate when it's done to me so I try not to do something to hurt someone else.
