Do you like collecting things in a home?

Do you like collecting? Actually I think collecting as a serious hobby has many advantages.It educates one on a chosen subject and over the years may turn one into an authority on one's hobby. But,in ordinary living, I see too many people become indiscriminate collectors of what can only be described as clutter? Do you have such experience? and What kind of collectors you are? or You just aren't into collecting?
