I am watching Top Chef on On Demand and one of the chefs had to cook Llama meat. Would you eat Llama meat?

Yep, you bet I would. I'd like to try out something like snake, ostrich, crocodile etc as well.

I just recently tried rattle snake, and aligator meat. They were not bad. They put the rattle snake pieces in a dip that was really good.

Honestly, I've had alligator and rattle snake as well, and I did not like them. Personally I thought the rattlesnake was plain and flavorless, and the alligator tasted like a chewy overcooked fish with a duller taste. I am not a fish fan, so I didn't really like that very much. :]

Oh God, I really thought the Llama meat looked delicious, honestly. I honestly said 'mm' when I saw it. XD That show was mean, though! Everyone was so judgmental and on each others food and judging it horribly and stuff, it wasn't exactly fair. And they kicked out someone who they all talked about being one of the best, probably because he was one of the best. What kind of judging is that?

uummm no then again, I won't eat a lot of meats like deer, rabbit, etc etc. I'm not very adventurous at all. Marsha

I think I would yes. It's not one of those animals that look so foul that they're an instant no-no to eat for me (like insects, snakes etc) so I don't see why not :]
