How to make Fried Ice cream. / myLot

I never tried fried ice cream but I heard they have them in most Mexican restaurants. I'm wondering what it tastes like. Have you tried it?

I have heard of such and am curious about them as well. I haven't seen it in real, I don't think such exist in my country for now. Hmmm... Perhaps there's just a coating that makes frying easy and keeps the ice cream from not being deformed. You could well look-up online and there are several sites showing you how to cook it.
