just pour another one and move on... We tend to do that, don't we? But now we have a better option, lol. How hard could it be? Just do it and get a move on and for sure you'll fell better!

Its one of my favorite quote...apart from "dont make others responsible for the hell you create." I always believe in not crying on what has happened. If you can change by worring about something that has already happened then its worth it. If you cant change, then why worry.

Hi! I like that quote too 'Don't make others responsible for the hell you create.' I think it's one great way of saying 'Be Responsible!', Lol. Have a good day!

That's just what I do! I usually eat cereal for breakfast. I pour the milk and when I am more sleepy than usual... The milk is on the floor. But I pour again, then clean up and everybody's happy!

Well yes, the past is gone and there is no point whatsoever in crying over spilled milk. We cannot bring back the past so it is therefore an illusion - not real at all in the present moment. And this present moment immediately becomes the past as soon as we start to think about it. Best to keep moving on and on, and on... _Derek

Thought this a good guide. To learn from the past mistakes would be better.

Hi dear, Those who are having a positive thinking, they will do that. Gone is gone, a cry over the gone is a temporary feeling and look forward once the pain is got exhausted. In fact this is the time to follow this principle. Regards, Thank-s

eah, it's no use crying over things that we've lost already. We can't take it back no matter how hard we cry or we regret. We should try to move on and start a new life. All we need is acceptance and to forgive ourselves that it happened. Don't blame yourself too much. Consider it as a lesson learned. Have a nice day!

Its easier said than done. :) I have advised that to a couple of people who had their hearts broken before. It was so easy. Just tell them that it'll be okay and that move on. But when the times comes where you're in the exact position, where you cry your heart out. You overthink of hurtful things no matter how hard to wanted to forget it, you can't really control your feelings that easily. It is never easy. It is really easier said than done. As much as we don't wanna cry, the pain is still there somewhere. Time will help you ease all wounds and in time, one can move on.

I think we can cry at first specially if the milk is really one of a kind or really really expensive. Please don't take me literally here. We can always cry but be sure to move on and don't just cry forever. Crying won't take us anywhere. Same with regret. After a hell of a cry, stand up and declare to the world that you are ready for another "milk" again.

That makes a lot of sense. =) And you're right, there's no use going after something that is lost, and everyone has another chance on anything...
