It would be another substance controlled by the government that shouldn't be, so I wouldn't care if I was breaking the law. It might end up being really expensive though, so I'd probably just switch to carob. It's pretty similar in taste to chocolate ;)

I am not a person to break the law, but if this happened I am in trouble. I will probably be breaking the law everyday. Not only do I love chocolate long time. I also make chocolates for a living, so that would really cut down on my business.

Yes, I would. I gave up chocolate as part of a diet once for about 6 months, and boy was I miserable. I don't need to eat chocolate every single day (although I usually do eat a square of dark chocolate a day), but a law that would attempt to prohibit me from ever eating it would be catastrophic. In fact, just that thought of being deprived of chocolate against my will makes me want to eat some right now! So, yes, I would sneak into back alleys, visit chocolate speakeasies, or fly to Canada every chance I could to satisfy my need for chocolate!
