Issue with my payment, will they re-credit me?

After spending a fair while working extremely hard, i once again reached payout, my second time. However, the credits disappeared in my account, and should have gone to my paypal, but that particular email, i detached my paypal from quite some time ago, meaning its not actually attached to a paypal at all. Do you think they'll recredit the $10 back to my account? Or is it completely gone forever?
