Hello, My dear users please suggest me a perfect guide to loose my weight without any change in my diet and without taking supplements. There are many supplements available but have side effect to take them. Please suggest me a guide complete and perfect.

I have no clue what kind of diet you are in but try Low Carb Diet. I am petite and small but gaining weight so I decided to do this diet. I'm on my 3rd day and I'm already loosed 3 pounds. My husband is on this diet also but he is doing it for 2 weeks now and he loose 10 pounds already. Basically you eat more protein and fat while cutting down the carbs. For the first two weeks your meal a day should consist less than 20g (net carb) of carb. YOu only need to watch the carb intake on this diet. After two weeks (the induction period)you can add 5g of carb until the next week. YOu simply add 5g of carb every week until you reach the maximum carb intake of 60g. Hope this will help you.

I am a success story but working at it daily as I wasn't really big but I lost 60 pounds. I use to diet, starve and take diet supplements and yes I lost weight very easily but could never keep it off. What I did in a total of 5 months is that I bought a great exercise bike which is monitored by a celebrity weight loss expert, so you can not cheat as her voice controls the pedals. Anyways she recommended that you ride the bike half hour 7 days a week. Because it was so easy and the half hour was up so quick, I did it while watching TV and did one hour per day five days a week. Along with this I now eat 4 - 5 meals a day and for the first time in my life I drink water. I actually drink almost a gallon a day. So when I tell you I am so healthy, very slim and able to eat - this works for me. It is now 11 months and I now I only do 1/2 hour for three days and still eat 4-5 times a day and still drink loads of water so I am doing great.

1. WATER. Water flushes toxins out of your system. Toxins force your body to retain weight. The recommended amount is approximately 8 cups per day. 2. SLEEP MORE. Studies show that getting approximately 8 hours of sleep can control a person's weight. 3. NO MEALS AFTER 7:00. After 7 p.m. fill up on water or low calorie foods. 4. SELF ANALYSIS. If you over indulge regularly, figure out why. Hope this helps!!

Here's your perfect guide. - Drink 1.5 liters of water. - Limit your candy intake. - Only natural products. - Make sure your calory intake is considerably less than the calories you burn. But most important of all: never go on a diet without seeing a dietician, a proper one, not one that gives you pills, powders and spells or something.

Unless your diet is very nutritionally sound, you're going to have to tweak it. Yes, water helps, sleep helps, doctors help - BUT it's all in what and how much and how often we eat...Don't forget the exercise, it's essential, at least some.
