If movies are banned because watching it causes eye cancer due to a new virus.

I hope movies do have great role in present world, as more people get a good amount form it and many jobs. Moreover many celebrities enjoy their life with the money they make through movies. What if a new virus forms that causes eye cancer if movies are watched or seen. Can you imagine a situation like that, what decision would you take. I never liked to post a negative thought in me but still I just want to know..........

That's a funny question. I love movies... but sometimes I wish that it would literally rot the eyes or cause cancer or something like that because so many people have turned away from true knowledge and education in favor of senseless entertainment. I think the obsession with visual media (Tv, movies, computers, videos... etc.) has really hurt us and dumbed us down.
If that happened... I would abandon movies and just spend my days reading more books!
