Need to take a hard decision

I always wanted to a successful businessman.Its kind of my childhood dream but as soon as i completed my graduation i got a job in a multinational company.I have been working there for about 1 year now,meanwhile i kept trying for some good business opportunities.Recently i got a distributorship of a good telecom company but my parents are not in favor of quitting the job and going for the business.But if i have to live my dream i have to quit my job and put my heart and soul in this business.I don't know what to do,should i keep the job and business both or kill my dream and live the way my parents want.

THe mistake you are making is thinking you can only do one thing at a time. Stay with the multinational co until you get the telecom established. Even if you have to hire part time help with the telecom, you can delegate every move it makes.Smart thinking doesn't mean doing it all yourself. Create an organization built on people. If your business takes off, you will have to do this anyway.

Maybe your parents are concerned, if you do business. Maybe your parents' fear and worry, if you fail. You should give confidence to your parents, so that your parents agree. I hope you succeed.
