Srilanka grabbed the tri nation series at last. it was a good win for them. good knock by dilshan from beginning. It has been a poor series for india except for sehwag and some bowlers who did their job. One of the worst batting performance from indian players. This series has given a lesson to the selectors that not to rest a player who is in form and not to pick a playere of injury. Sehwag was adjuged the man of the series which deserves him the most.

Yes, without Sachin, Gambhir and a fully fit Yuvraj, it has become amply clear that India's batting is very weak. Our bench strength is not great. But I was at least happy to see Sehwag get amongst the runs. I also liked what I saw of our bowlers especially when there was some swing in the air. The trouble is that during the world cup we would be playing on flat pitches and I have not seen enough signs to suggest that we have bowlers to perform under those conditions!! Cheers! Ram

The match depends upon sehwag only. No other indian player is not in a good form. Indian bowling is not effective. Why i am talking about bowling is, Dambulla stadium is famous for bowling only. It is the bowling pitch. The srilanka batsman came with a good plan, and they have good bowling line up.
