Our meaning in life

A very simple question yet a very tough one to answer as it could have many. Hmmm... Maybe there are many answers. Mine would be living it for all it's worth. To the fullest. Being a blessing to others. And under the service of God. Although, sometimes, I think we are just reincarnated from someone or something. Some sort of circle of life. Or what science taught, everything is not wasted. Life just changed to something else entirely. Not just here on earth but for the universe as well.

Hi talida, I agree that most people ask themselves that question at some time in their life, and that's been the case since humans have been on the earth. I think we all come here with our own agenda and we are here because we need to experience life as a physical being. In other words we are spiritual beings having a human experience and it's possible that we've been here many times before and will probably be back again. God is all there is and hence everyone and everything is a part of God though we all retain our individuality. I don't feel that we will ever see the big picture while we are on this earth but I do believe that evil can only be experienced here and not in our true home. I think too that there are other dimensions that we must experience. Although I have a "knowing" within me that this is not my true home and that I've lived before, there is no need to try and convince others. We all have our own reasons for being here and there are many paths back home. In a sense than the meaning of life is different for all of us. Blessings.

hello talida09! All of us who ever lived in the face of Earth, has his own role in this gargantuan drama, called LIFE. As to the meaning of each of our existence, well, it depends of who we are speaking of. This is because, each of us, gives meaning to our own lives, nobody else. We are part of the Universal law, which is infinite and has immense power. It is free-willing and is not subject to judgment.Therefore, we become who we think we are. We put meanings to our existence by the very ideals we stand for, by the very actions we do everyday in our lives. One thing is certain though, and one meaning stands out, LIFE IS MEANT TO BE LIVED FORWARD. From this we can ascertain that the ALL-POWERFUL BEING UP THERE has given us life, to live it, in accordance to his will.
