Deleting my account.. just one question

My account will come to a close on August 31st... Well that's when I'm going to stop using it. I am not going to delete it until I receive my payment.
I was just wondering, do I have to delete this account BEFORE I can create a new one? The reason I ask is because I have to wait 2 weeks for my payment.. And if I continue to use this account during that time, I won't get to keep any of those earnings because I'll be deleting my account after I receive the payment. I also want to be able to go through all my friends on this account and add them to my new one.
What to do what to do???

One user may only have one account.
If you open up the new one before closing this one then you would risk losing them both

But it is allowed to have more than 1 account on the same household, right?

Deleting your account before receiving your payment may cause you your payment in the process. As stated in the guidelines, only 1 account per person is allowed. Even though you created a new account, it is still under your name. Not unless you put in false names just so you can open one. It's way too risky and you may get banned.
I suggest that if your decision of deleting your for3verfamous is final, then just wait until you receive your payment. Delete your account afterwards and start a new one. It may cause you 2 weeks, but at least your not risking yourself to being banned. That's just my opinion. It is what I'll do if I were in shoes.

Thanks. That's what I was planning to do.. What I was trying to figure out is what I should do with my 2 weeks of downtime.. Whether I stick to using this account or not. I'm actually re thinking deleting my account at all now. I don't want to be getting banned.

This is going to sound silly but I just want a different name.. I wasn't thinking when I chose it. I've wanted to change it since I created this account, but that's not an option. So deleting my account is all I can do.
