Thank you for joining CashGopher is the subject of this email. I don't understand is why my mailbox define it a spam. Because I never set no-reply@cashgopher.com as spam. Would you receive the email from CashGopher? Is it a spam?

That is the standard welcome message. Your email client apparently classified it as spam (and that depends on how your spam filter is set). All you need to do (depending on your email client) is to say that it isn't spam or to add the email address to your contacts list.
