Childhood memory is a precious time in everyone's life. Those time we spend with our little friends are unforgettable. A lot of toys and games make our life funny, For example we collect Transformer Models, play with Marble Ball, kick shuttlecock, play hopscotch, skip the rubber band and throw handkerchief.etc. Even though we have not much toys to play as children nowadays. We have much more fun. Time is fast. But I always remember my hapy childhood even in my dream. What's your share of your childhood memory? What kind of toys or games do you play on your childhood??

Hiya miwei, Used to like playing Marbles and Hopskotch also Roller Skating and learning to ride an enormous Bike three times bigger than me. Card games like Snap and jigsaw puzzles too. Most of all I liked to be able to copy Photos or cartoon drawings of other People. That was my best hobby and my favourite.

Hiya miwei, Willingly I will give you a mutual hug. I know what you mean People hug each other here all the time no big thing. Yes I used to play all that. I can copy things quite well when I want to but I always get loads of interruptions from everywhere so they break my concentration. Faces of People are a challenge but I do try and perfect them but Cartoon figures like The Flintstones and Tom and Jerry are my favourites to copy and Pixie and Dixie. I would like to try and copy others like Batman, Spiderman and such. Don´t know whether I am very talented I have seen People here copy in Chalks right on to the pavement Photos and other things to me they are very talented. Sad thing is they stopped them doing it I found it fascinating to watch them as they did no harm to anyone. They would do all kinds of figures, Abstract, Angels, Jesus good ones of him too and others. It is also very relaxing and I get a lot of pleasure out of it too. I have problems with drawing a real persons face also how about that? But if I have a Photo of them I can do it well not fantastic but I can do it if I really try.

Give me a hug. LOL. I finally find someone who play the same toys and games with me. I'm glad to hear that. Your childhood is colorful. I'm very interested in what you mentioned " copy photos or cartoon drawings of other people." I guess it must be more patient to finish and make it perfect. Drawing is my weakness. But I like cartoon&comics. It needs talent and hard-working.Right?

Truly,I like the Cartoon&Comic figures rather than face of people. You can give loose to your imagination in the cartoon and comic. I also admire those who have talented in Chalks right on to the pavement. But I think the most important is not how good you are drawing ,but what good it is to your life. I mean it can make you feel relax and out of trouble. That's enough for us. Thank you for that.

I do active games outside with my playmates. I don't have expensive toys, I only have those cheaper dolls. I prefer outdoor games.

Me too. When I was a child, most of my toys are from my brother. They are all cheap .But I never miss the fun from the toys and games. Cheap toys can also make our childhood colorful if only we play together and enjoy from it.

Exactly!! Games outdoors were the best. Children these days don't play outside anymore. It's a shame. All they know is computers and video games. This is not a healthy way to grow up. Children should go out and play sports and put their imagination to work creating personalized games. I remember playing hide and seek a lot while visiting my grandparents. We used to play from sunset until midnight, hiding in the tall grass, behind electric poles, etc. :))))

It is not really a toy, but what I enjoyed a lot when I was a child were jigsaw puzzles. My mother also used to like them and it was from her that I inherited the craze for them! My liking continued and I still enjoyed doing the odd puzzle every now and than. Now I am married and the mother of two and although my husband and my son do not really enjoy doing them, I still do!

One needs to begin somewhere and the edges are a good idea, as it provides pieces from which one can keep on building the puzzle. As one advances then one can concentrate on colors or particular spots on the puzzle. One needs to have patience to finish a puzzle, but being persistent pays and it is such a joy when one can place the last piece!

I should say many people like jigsaw puzzles in their childhood, but few of them to keep on until now. It can be your skill and you can teacher others who would like to learn the skill from it. I'm curious about this game. Is there any knack when you play a complexed jigsaw puzzle. Does it begin from the edge or the circle?

When i was small i my mom used to give me some toys to play with but the toy which i liked the most was the talking doll. I used to listen to it everyday even though it just used to say just one thing and that is "How are you?". I never got tired of it and i used to play it till the battery got exhausted! My other favorite was the train which i got from my dad. He used to live in foreign and whenever he comes he used to get me some gifts and presents. I liked this train a lot and i even have it with me till now! Cheers!

Souds like we all have one or two period of childhood memory that make us unforgettable. If we could keep the toy until now. It must be worth of memory. Once you took the toy, the wonderful childhood memory have already appeared.

We often play outside. You've mentioned the Gulat. Is it the spinning top? That toy can always turn round and round on the playground,if only you use the rope to beat it skillfully. Is that toy?

I remember playing Monopoly with my cousins and friends as a little kid. I think our family had to buy at least three or four of the games when we were kids, because we would wear them out and lose so many of the pieces so quickly. I remember how we would all sit around my great-grandmother's coffee table and just play with each other on the weekends. Thinking about that activity now makes me miss my family and my childhood even more.

I can totally understand this kind of feelings even if I did not play monopoly before. The most happy thing for us is that we can play with our friends, brothers and sisters. The important one, we have the support of our families. Those light-hearted happy time with our families is precious and our childhood could never be back again.

When i think back to games that I played in childhood, hopscotch and hide and seek come to mind first. i can remember countless hours of playing these two games with my neighborhood friends. There was nothing better than laughing and playing games as a child.Board games and dolls and jigsaw puzzles were fun indoor activities of my childhood. I remember them all fondly.

I had a happy childhood.., My only playmates were my younger sisters.., We used to play our doll house and barbie dolls.., We dress ourselves too.., and since we have really short hairs and would want a longer one just like our dolls.., we used to place our blankets on our heads and style it like it's our hair.., The sister of mine who had a longer blanket would call herself Rapunzel..hahahah!!! i miss those times already...

That's funny. It need to be creative and imaginative to dress yourself beautiful. By the way, you are lucky to have your younger sisters to play with. My brother is senior to me by almost 7 years ,so I just play with my neighbour in childhood.

When I was 4-5 I loved playing supermario brothers on my supernintendo console. Apparently I still have it. around 6 onwards I really started to love playing with lego, then lego technic, and k'nex. I also liked to use books and video cassettes to create spaces and structures much to my parent's disappointment. After around 11 years I began getting into computer games such as RTS games and city simulations such as Sim City. I was also into making all sorts of contraptions using electronic stuff and magnets etc. But I still like lego technic ;)

I understand what you mean. We used to play "police&criminal". It's popular in our area. It's unexpected that I had thought it only appeared in our country. LOL. Well,it's popular worldwide. Here is an answer.

When I was a child , I loved playing video games on my super nintendo. I also had a massive wrestling toy collection which I have now given away to other kids when I was around my age.
