Yes, I do! I can't stand the sight of blood. It makes me feel really weak when I see it. When I have to have blood drawn for testing, I have to look the other way the entire time.

Its not the blood that gets to me its the injury. Specially kids injuries. A little blood i can deal and not get squirmish but something major and im a mess.

I get that sick feeling seeing an injury, but I don't mind plain blood that much. It's when the blood is mixed with other things that shouldn't be visible, like exposed muscle or other soft tissue. I'm the first aid attendant for my daughter's soccer team, but I'm worried I'll pass out, if I have to deal with a broken bone, where the bone is visibly sticking out.

Nope, not at all. I went to school for abnormal criminal psychology, and one of the courses I took was on criminal profiling. Part of that course involved observing human autopsies, so I lost all my fear/disgust of blood after that. I was terrified going into it, but it wasn't as bad as I'd thought it would be. The science and clinicalness of it really helps you detach from what's going on.

its depends why and how the blood is coming..being a medico i am used to it...but out of routine when i see it, it does have a bad effect
