There is a parallel internet being developed. I have read some where that there is a development of parallel internet is going on. And the speed of that internet will be very fast. But I think if that network is not connected to the main internet backbone that is not going to be of any use.

So, how is parallel internet going to work? I meant like a parallel universe of something? Everything identical, but on different order and situation? Please elaborate it.

This is how the internet we use today originally started. It was for government use only, and developed into world wide use. I imagine that this "new" internet will probably also eventually turn into a world wide networking internet. With the advancements in our technology, soon after that internet is made public, another private one will occur. It's a cycle that has always gone on in society.
