Flu Shots

I have gotten a flu shot. I am healthy, but I always miss at least a week of work if I catch the flu. Being self employed, I cannot afford to do that. Usually my arm is sore for 2 days or so. Other than that, I am fine. My husband does not get one. He gets really sick and must be allergic to something in the shot.

I haven't gotten one but my mom has. She said it made her feel really achey. Almost like she was beginning to get the flu.

No I did not get my flu shot yet. Have never had one. Do they really work?

I don't get flu shots. I don't see the use in them because they make you get sick so you can fight it off. I would much rather get sick on my own and deal with it then.

It is not recomended to healthy people. I am very healthy. Greens are my "flu shots"

Since there always seems to be a shortage for those who really need it (young children, elderly) I don't get one.
