So I was lucky enough to have lost weight during my pregnancy. I t was weight that needed to be lost for sure. Now though I am the same waist size I was pre-pregnancy, I guess the fat moved to a new spot..lol. So I am going to the gym and dieting as best as I can while breastfeeding, but the fat around the middle will not go away. I am targeting the area with weight machines as well as aerobics. I have lost 13 more pounds so it's not like I am a big cheater complaining cause I didn't lose weight, I did. I just can't get my waist to change and I know that is the most important weight to lose. Anyone have any advice on this one? Help Please. The trainer I have been using has sent me to a new class for next week but seems as aggravated as me.

Several different crutch positions may help. I recently found out that doing several different positions and types of the crutches helps the different muscle where only doing one will only service the one muscle in that area. Do you see what I mean? So getting the muscles in that area back in condition is needed to get a smaller waistline.

Yeah at the gym they have me on machines that work out different sectors of my abs and back muscles but it doesn't seem to be work.... I have been working on them three times a week for a month and nada even though I lost weight during that time. I guess I have to do it more often but I just do not have the time for that. I go to work out in the gym where my kids take dance since I am there during classes anyway.

That sounds like it works out well for you. Consistency is important too.

hi, that's good if you're trying to work out the different muscles of your abdomen. you can also try to do belly dancing? - it works out all of the abdominal muscles so it will be easier for you to shrink your belly.. my advice is keep on doing the exercises, although there doesn't seem to be any changes on your waist size. you said it's just been one-month of working out. sometimes it takes 6 months before you can see the changes. in time you will succeed, just keep up to good work. best of luck!
