Spanish and French

So its time for me to choose my subjects for this schoolyear. I'm thinking about taking 2 languages, spanish and french. Please enlightem me about the pros and cons of me learning these two at the same time. So I would know if I'm going to have a hard time learning these two throughout the year.

Both Spanish and French are romance languages. I'm not sure if your talent runs toward languages b ut I took French years ago in college. Thrity years later, I decided to take Italian. The difficulty for me was that I would sometimes confuse words from the two languages because some of the words are similar. I think that you might find the same problem with the languages that you selected. Good luck
