What's your dream wedding?

I have 2 in mind. One is in a beach resort and the other one is in another country, lol. I've heard in the news that people go broke just because of their wedding. So from the beginning of their relationship as a married couple they have money problems already. I think, if a couple wants a big wedding they should plan and save up for it and just don't put all the expenses in their credit. It's better to start of as a married couple debt free. Don't you think? So, what's your dream wedding?4 responses

what is the use of getting married if at the end you have a debt to pay??
i am agree with you that married couple need to be debt-free before they are getting married.problems might arise later on when they have kids.i don't want my wedding to be so.so my dream is to have a wedding that i could afford without having to owe any debt.

My dream wedding should be a small, intimate affair on a moonlit beach, just my spouse and i, two witnesses and the priest plus the moonlight and some balmy tropical breeze!
I think it makes sense to have the wedding you can afford - why get into debt just for one day? Better to put the money towards a home.

I am still single and not yet married. What I am planning to do is, I would strike it rich first before I marry a girl so these things won't be a problem, like wedding expenses and some other things. That's why I am working hard in my businesses so I will land there. Not only wedding, but also for other things in life. I want freedom.. freedom to live the life that I want.
