I have yet to try muscles. I have not had venison yet either. I don't really know anyone that hunts. I could have had it in Colorado at a restaurant there but I tried the rattlesnake, and buffalo instead. I have not have rabbit either. Not that I would not I just never had the opportunity to.

My favorite meat is beef. I really enjoying it. The steak is probably the best. Besides beef, I also like seafood as crabs, shrimps and so on. I love China

My stupid answer did not come out. Something happened to it. I hate spending time writing a long message and then it does not show up. I like filet mignon the best but I really like all good cuts of steaks. I love a good steak. I also love fish, chicken and port roast. I like my beef cooked medium more on the pinker side than the darker side. It can't be over cooked, I think those who eat their steak well done are doing their steak a grave injustice.

I cant decide between: Fried chicken and Beef steak or Any sort of lamb. It depends on the mood i am in. If i want something "light" i go for fried chicken. Steak if i feel like biting my teeth into something, and lamb for the taste. Hmmm... talking of which, i wonder if i have any left...
