hi torchablazed while I do not belong to rreelancer.com insufficent funds always means you do not have enough money left to cover whatever it is you wanted to do.I want contact one of freelancer.com's admin. and ask for more einlightenment. I am sure they will explain it much better than I can.

Hi. I'm also a member of freelancer. But I'm more of a project provider than a buyer. Maybe you don't have a fund in your account that's why you cannot highlight your bid. If you don't have, then you can just place a regular bid there. For more clarification, I suggest you contact their support and a customer support will come back to you immediately.
