Have nothing to say...

Today, I logged in to myLot as usual, and opened some discussions. But after reading, I suddenly found I really have nothing to say about it. I close it, then open another, nothing difference, I still didn't know what to type. This thing happens periodically. Some days my inspiration wells like spring, but some days it is like a dry river bed. Have you ever encountered this situation? Share your own experiences of this! Have a nice day and Happy myLotting!

I usually get that kind of feeling also, that I think that the topic is interesting, but then I find myself realizing that I ain't got nothing to say though.. I find it hard to look for topics that I could blend in and give some quality response to.. I guess it also depends on my mood.. Sometimes when I go into my myLot account and I'm sort of feeling kind of depressed, I find myself seeking for topics and having to find none that would interest me, or one that I could really comment on.. It's really hard for me specially now that i'm working hard here because I wanted to boost up my earnings..Happy myLotting!

yeah,i also feel the same way, gen! sometimes when i feel bad, there are moments i can't find something that interests me and make a response to it. even in my started ones, there are moments i don't feel like i'm in the mood to comment back to those. i can't explain it,but those things really happen.i am kinda moody sometimes.

@ qianyun -- You are welcome..Thanks! Have a nice day also.. @annavi -- That's correct.. Our mood really comtributes a lot on our ability to respond with discussions here,, I guess if we are happy, we can answer lots of topics and have the best ideas.. But if we are just pushing ourselves to answer whichever topic we see that might interest us, then I guess the result is not that good.. So you are moody. Actually me too! And if I have problems I find it hard to concentrate..

I agree with your advice, but think about it...you have a bad day and you have to meet with your girlfriend(she is the jovial kind of girl and doesn't understand your mood),what do you do? Let's say in the beginning you try to act normally, try to cheer up , to get out of the mood, but then you get tired and act like you really feel, and she understands that you don't enjoy her company ...and so on :|

Hi, 10tacl3! Maybe that's the so-called physiological period and everyone has it. Do things in the good days and have a good rest in the bad days in the period. That's an advisable method.

Sometimes it just happens. I think it's a good idea to take small break to rest and to load your batteries. It's also good to go out and do some thing you don't usually do. I hope it helps.

It happens to me at times but not often. Well what I do is, when I don't have anything to type, then participate in discussions, respond in them. That's what I do to make use of my time, instead of starting non-constructive discussions with only one line and not responding to them.

That thing is happening to me too lately. I open a discussion, read it and then... well, it doesn't inspire me anything or I find out that in the end I'm not interested in the topic, so I end up not answering. I hope things will get interesting again to regain my inspiration

that's also happening to me.especially when i have to fulfill my obligation of emailing my my benefactors who happen to be my aunt and her Canadian husband.i used to stare at my screen for several minutes before i come up of a nice welcome thing to say in the email, because i grew tired of the usual "how are you", "hope u are fine always" greeting.

Oh, I agree. That's why I don't give my parents phone calls very frequently. I'm a person with less words, I don't know what to say in the phone if I don't have any specific thing. That's not a good feeling to keep silent when having a phone call with anybody.

qianyun6 hi Sometimes I fing that I responded to those that I really could add to then here comes a discussion about complicated things in cpmputers or about cricket matches and soccer matches. Those I have never had any interest in so my input would be zilch. But I can always find some discussions here that I can relate to and respond to with intelligence.lately I have been trying to make a humorous discussion and my imagination just falls flat on its face. lol l ol.

Hi, Hatley and richnai! I have no interest in sport matches too, but I like computer technique. It seems that technological discussions are not very welcomed here. And I think English-speaking people are better than us in this respect. Sometimes I have a lot of things to say about the content, but it seems all the English words I have learned disappear from my head.

This happens to me everyday. When I see the title, it seems to me that I know what kind of discussion I'm going to read, but when I finish reading it, I feel like my head is completely empty and I'm unable to type a single line.Especially when the asker doesn't need any advice or comment,or help, or fight, and the whole discussion is just a long monologue.I don't think that discussions should be used like a form of diary.

Hi, silvercoin! That's really a terrible feeling! Sometimes I have this feeling too. The title seems to be familiar, but the content is really difficult for me to understand.

You know, I have days like that. That is just a day where I decide that's a day where I kick back and let the battery recharge. There are down moments here at myLot, in life in general, where you see possibilities from every direction. However, it is tough from getting to Point A to Point B to achieve the most that you can out of a situation. I do admit, that I just log in. Another day, I would be knocking these topics out of the park. I would be responding to each and every topic that I can find, right, left, and center. However, there are days where I just go "meh, not interested." Of course, the next day, it could be interesting again. There is just sometimes where I have nothing productive to contribute or even anything to contribute at all. Its just time to sit back and hope that inspiration strikes again.

Hi, megamatt! Yes, you got the feeling. Inspirations are not always there. They comes into our mind randomly and stay there shortly.

This does happen to me from time to time. So what I try to do is go somewhere else to my other online ventures, then come back a bit later to see if I have any sort of motivation and if I still feel this way I may not return for a day or so to see if my brain can take a bit of a break.

I also occasionally experience the same thing with you. I read the discussion, but I do not know what should respond. I switched from one discussion to another discussion, but still have no idea to make a response. Sometimes I experienced the opposite. I can make responses with ease in every discussion. Maybe all Mylot members also experienced the same thing.

Everybody comes to a point that we really have nothing to say. I too feel that way, there are times that i feel i i have lots of ideas and views to share...but there are times too that i end up reading topics here and logging out without any responses to the topics i read.....I think its just natural..
