In my Country, we firmly believe that re-birth takes place. The cycle goes on till we fulfill the work for which God has sent on this earth. For the good work done in our present life, we are rewarded in our next life. Similarly, we are punished for our bad deeds and we might even lose the human form in our next life. Many children all over the World, have narrated their experiences of the previous life and a verification of those facts concerning their previous life, revealed that they were telling true. Dr(late) Ian Stevenson who had earlier worked at University of Virginia, had carried out indepth investigation on this matter. His book 'Twenty Cases Suggestive of In-carnation' is very famous. May I know what you feel on this matter?

udaymohan I really do not know just what to believe.I am an American and a Christian, protestant and my church does not believe in reincarnation. but i have read things that could or couldnt be true. So I am left not'really knowing all the truth. It is a lovely belief but is not in my own Christian upbringing but I am open to learning and finding out things. I feel like maybe yes or again probably not. sorry but I do respect your religion and your rights to it.

NO I don't. Hebrews chapter 9: 27 says, 'It's appointed unto every man ONE time to die, and then comes Judgment...'

Hello Udaymohan! The church theaches that there is no such thing as re-incarnation, and i belive it.However i think that is nice if this trully exist because you get to relive your life again and take advantage of the opportunities that you missed in the previous life.
