What is the world coming to?

I always read the news on either the internet or on TV Text. Last night I was reading it too. I will just tell you the headlines on every page. Father murders 11 year old son. The next one was, boy stabbed in playground, the next was family held at gunshot in own house. It really scares me to read all this stuff, what is the world coming to? I just cannot believe that there are so many people out there who are like this and do this kind of stuff. I just hope my children will have a good future and never follow this bad path or be confronted with it. How about you?
