How often do you get a massage?

We do self massage on our neck and shoulders when it hurts and sometimes when we have muscle pains and cramps. Although it's good to have a complete body massage from a good therapist. It's very relaxing, it helps our circulation and eases muscle tensions. The last time I had a complete body massage was months ago. I think it's good if we add it to our health regime. When was the last time you had a body massage?

As much as I would love to have the disposable income to be able to go and have a body massage done, it has always been something that we've not been able to fit into our budget so I've never had one done. Now, when I worked at the hospital and they brought in people from the wellness center I was always the first one that was down by the cafeteria at lunchtime so that I could have the mini massage done for free.

oohhh...i feel like getting a massage now because of too much tiredness. it was sooooo very long time since i last had a full body massage. yes,it feels relaxing, though i want it more often specially when i really would feel pain through my back because of too much work. i have never tried those body massage offered in malls. cause it was too expensive for me,though i want also to try that someday.i guess it would really feel relaxing...

Nothing is more relaxing than having a good body massage from a expert massure. It cools my mind and eases my body muscles. I have this beautiful spa near my house, whenever, I feel drained out. I give a visit.

I usually get a massage at least once or twice a week.. a massage in a spa is a very relaxing experience and relieves all the tension of stress and daily life.

Hi santos Massage certainly do good to our body, the professionals know the right points and muscles to massage, it is kind of accupresseure, my city does not have any, when i go to the saloon for haircut, the barber gives me a good one, he is my childhood friend.. my wife also massages occassionly.. Thanks for sharing. Cheers. Professor. .

Hi, santosmarichris! I never had a massage because I'm very easy to get itchy. If some other people touch my skin, I can't help laugh and dodge. If I feel my muscle pain or cramp, I'll knead myself.

Massage form a good therapist is good way to restore proper blood circulation to skin and muscles of the body. A good therapist will make the normal aches and pains go away and relax you while an unskilled on my give new ones. On the lighter side who needs a therapist? Just board a city bus/train during tush hours, the squeeze one gets is worth it! And it comes cheap too if the pocket is not picked, that is!
