Customer care is a difficult works

Yes, it's really hard to work as a customer care, I have worked as a customer care for 3 years and I encountered all kinds of customer and the most difficult one to handle are those customers who are angry and they won't hang up on you until they spoke to a manager or something higher.

well it is ahard work. But not if you love talking. I have worked for a Customer care call centre for 2 years. I have seen all types of customers. The worst were when i used to work for a credit card company the customers were always irate. But if you have the dedication and an urge to help they always understand and calm down.

Yes you are absolutely right. I have worked for a contact center for 6 years, 2 years of which i have to take in calls and face clients anger,difficult attitude and so on. Well, it ain't easy. With the added difficulty of changing shifts,crowded workplace and all other pressure.

that is obviously right. I have a customer and she is paying a month for her bills. But every time she pay, she has different moods that I should rely. This just one person huh! how about thousand of customers a month?? Oh my I am survivor. I'm working 5 years already.
