Customer care is a difficult works

Yes, that's right. They must contact with all kinds of customers. The customer can be angry, unpleasant, to be fastidious etc...They must be easy to be stress. Besides, they must work any time in 24h. They even must work at night.

ya...it` s one of the hard difficult tkonlinevn.. you must always smile to your customer even you know the customer wants angry with you..

Yes, that's right, adhyz. Many people think that It's an easy work.Agents only sit in the office and to listen phone, smile and to get money. humh. It's a mistake.

in those type of jobs you usually have help if you dont directly know the customers issue.

Yes, it's really hard to work as a customer care, I have worked as a customer care for 3 years and I encountered all kinds of customer and the most difficult one to handle are those customers who are angry and they won't hang up on you until they spoke to a manager or something higher.

I think its only difficult when the customers are difficult, irate and not cooperative. I work as customer care for over 2 years now and i love it that is minus the irate customers.

Yes costumer care is very difficult job and also challenging jobs. I think whole company's is depending on customer care. And if employee god dealt with customers then it would be good for companies. So I think it is a very challenging job.

Almost the small companies don't have customer care departments. Because the boss don't think that customer care is very important.

well it is ahard work. But not if you love talking. I have worked for a Customer care call centre for 2 years. I have seen all types of customers. The worst were when i used to work for a credit card company the customers were always irate. But if you have the dedication and an urge to help they always understand and calm down.

yes i agree with you its a hard and often frustrating job.My older sister was technician that worked for at t and people often called frustrated about their phones and or computers.the best thing to have is patience

Yes you are absolutely right. I have worked for a contact center for 6 years, 2 years of which i have to take in calls and face clients anger,difficult attitude and so on. Well, it ain't easy. With the added difficulty of changing shifts,crowded workplace and all other pressure.

that is obviously right. I have a customer and she is paying a month for her bills. But every time she pay, she has different moods that I should rely. This just one person huh! how about thousand of customers a month?? Oh my I am survivor. I'm working 5 years already.

I don't work as a customer care but I know how difficult to deal with some clients that is not contented on the services that we had offer... You right it is a difficult jobs... Have a nice day!
