In jog regularly and do it at least twice a week. The problem sometimes is I find myself had a difficulty in breathing while jogging. I cannot jog well when I starting to feel this way. How can I improve my breathing activity while jogging? How can breath well while jogging? Is the so-called deep breathing really help in exercising or jogging. Does it really part of staying healthy?

Hi! I have the same problem when i do jogging. I almost fainted once that's why i stopped doing it and instead do some dancing session alone in my room :) but anyway i made a quick search on how to do it and why we are often short of breath when jogging. Unpleasant feelings during jogging may be associated with a lack of oxygen by wrong breathing. If you are getting tired quickly or your head is spinning change the rhythm and control breathe out. Very often inexperienced runners start gasping, try only breathe in and forget that at first they should breathe out altered air. Breath through your nose while jogging or when walking fast. If you are jogging with a partner, the pace should be such that you can talk without breaking the respiratory rhythm. If you feel that you become labouring breath, then slow down or even turn to the walking, recover your breathing and then continue to run, but in no case stop it. It is better not to do pauses in trainings. The daily runs will bemore effective that exercise 3-5 times per week. You can find more tips here http://intojogging.com/breathing-during-jogging/
