I dont dream nightmares very often, but if nighmares start i dream allmost every night. I think that happens because im in stress or nervous. Somtimes is really awfull, i wake up tired, cant work good cant do nothing well, then im afraid to go in the bed.

There is rarely a time where I don't have nightmares that are trauma induced. It's like my childhood doesn't ever want to go away, and as a result it lays dormant in my mind, waiting to attack me once I hit REM sleep. It's horrible, but it's not as bad as before, so I know I'm getting better. But sometimes, I'm afraid to sleep at night because of the dreams.

I never have nightmares. I don't think I've had one in 10 years, at least! I actually never really remember my dreams either - if I even HAVE them that is. I guess I'm kind of uninteresting in that respect. lol.

I very rarely remember my dreams but when I do they tend to be more weird instead of nightmares. I have no clue what I'm dreaming the rest of the time.

I don't have a lot of nightmares. I do have the occasional nightmare, but that's pretty much the end of it. I don't remember having a lot of nightmares. Usually, my dreams are either pleasant or somewhat odd/weird, but rarely scary.

Not very often. I mean, I have had them a few times in my life, but not very many times at all.

I have nightmares when parts of my head(or brain) get numbed. I experienced that every time when I wake up from a nightmare my head is numbed and I give my best to avoid this. But there are times when I forget and then this awful nightmares happen. I hate them, because they have a negative influence on the next day and maybe even further. Many times my brain cannot distinguish whether I dreamed something or actually happened. That's is the worst when I have this dilemma if something did happen or it was only a nightmare. And the worst nightmares are when I am sort of awake but still I see some things in the room. I can never tell if I am awake or not, but fact is that many times the scenery of my nightmares are the rooms where I went to bed. It is terrible and I feel very weird every time these things happen.

I have nightmares around once a month.Recently i have not had many for a few months as i have been sleeping less due to school and college and the amount of sleep that I get In a night is around 5 hours compared to 8 or more in the summer months. When i get a nightmare i usually wake up with a cold sweat and i have a hard time getting back to sleep so I usually just get up and try to do something productive to get my mind of of the bad dream that i just had.

For it is very difficult to see nightmare because i use to come to house around night 11:30 or 12 clock. Its almost my half night will be over and when i will go to house i will tired and stress because of that reason it is very rare case to get the nightmares. But still during weekoff i will so at least a day in a week i will get nightmares.

I almost never dream. In a year I dream about 10 times only.
