Are you suffering from a lower back pain?

Most people are suffering from lower back pain, its either chronic pain or acute pain.There are several reasons why people experience that kind of pain and common is at the back.What are some home remedies for lower back pain?

I feel my back pain when I sit infront of the computer for too long. I have not remedy for the back pain. The only thing I do is to stand up and swing my arms and leave the computer for a while.

That's a good thing, but when im watching too long on my screen my neck would complain more than my back. still i'll take a rest and the pain subsides.

I have back pain due to a twisted spine,i have always suffered with my back, since a car accident that i was in when i was in my teens.In the winter the pain is worse,but i take alot of pain killers,so they sometimes help.I use to try a red lamp,as in a heat lamp,but that only helped when you had the lamp on your back,my brother also lent me his tens machine and that hurt to use,lol.

you've got an injury from your teen times, that's so sad but its great that you're a fighter and a very strong man, that you continue working on.thanks for the advise, so heat application may help, but its only a temporary intervention right?,i've tried it once, and its quite effective, its nice to know what really is the root of the pain..=)

For my back, I've evaluated at how I lie in bed when I'm awake and trying to fall asleep, how I stand, sit... you name it. I've had to make some adjustments.... and it helped tremendously..... but still some pain. I get massages regularly from my roommate and use a heating pad, which also seems to help a great deal.

Before one year I was also suffering from back pain. And the pain was too high and I was not able to sitting on a chair. So then I contacted to a doctor they suggest me for some x-ray. Then I get it and show the reports to doctor then they told me that my back bone have very weak. So they suggest me some exercise and they give me some medicine and now I feel no any problem because I take medicine for 6 months so now I am okay and I don’t feel pain again at my back side.

So you consulted the best doctor, now you're on your healthy body I wish you a good life and you maintain the recovered body that was very weak and now fully recovered. That's a blessing.
